1. Introduction

MichBros ("we", "our", "us") operates Papercopy ("Service"), a mobile application designed for tracing images from a device to paper. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect user information when users access our Services. By using Papercopy, users agree to the practices described in this Privacy Policy.

2. Information We Collect

We collect limited information necessary to provide, maintain, and improve our Services.

2.1 Account Information

When a user signs up or logs in using Firebase Authentication, we collect their Firebase UID (unique user identifier). This UID is used solely to manage purchased tokens and subscriptions.

2.2 AI Studio Feature

When a user uses the AI Studio feature to generate images, we record:

• • Selected tags and theme
• • Timestamp of generation

We do not store or collect the generated images themselves. These generated images belong to the user. The recorded data is used only to understand feature usage and improve our Services.

2.3 Analytics Data

We use third-party analytics tools to measure traffic and usage trends. These tools may collect non-identifiable information such as device type, session statistics, and feature usage.

2.4 Log Data

Our servers automatically collect error and crash logs (including device model and app version). These logs do not contain personally identifiable information.

3. How We Use User Information

The collected information is used to:

4. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

We use OpenAI's API to provide AI-generated images. While we aim to deliver high-quality results, we are not responsible for the accuracy, appropriateness, or outcomes of AI-generated content.

5. Data Sharing and Disclosure

We do not sell, trade, or otherwise share user personal information with third parties, except:

• Service Providers: Minimal data may be shared with trusted service providers (e.g., Firebase, OpenAI) to operate and improve our Services.
• Legal Requirements: When required by law or in response to lawful requests from authorities.

6. Data Retention

• Firebase UID: Retained as long as the user's account remains active.
• AI Studio Records: Retained for internal analytics and improvement purposes.
• Log & Analytics Data: Retained for a limited time necessary to improve the Service.

7. Children's Privacy

Papercopy is not intended for children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we become aware that we have collected personal information from a child without parental consent, we will delete it promptly.

8. Security

We implement reasonable measures to protect user data from unauthorized access, alteration, or disclosure. However, no security system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute protection.

9. User Rights

Depending on their location, users may have rights regarding their personal data, including:

10. Data Deletion Requests

Users may request deletion of their account and personal data at any time by contacting us at mmicunovic1@gmail.com. Upon verifying the request, we will delete the user's account, associated Firebase UID, and related records within a reasonable timeframe, except where retention is required by law.

11. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify users of significant changes by updating the "Effective Date" above. Continued use of the Service after changes indicates acceptance of the updated policy.
